Caitlin Sirett is the founder of Evoke & Lead Coaching and an ICF-accredited trauma-informed life coach and Chartered Manager. She helps women recognise when self-doubt is having the final say, so they can trust themselves and move towards the life they really want. Caitlin believes success isn't just about having the right strategy. It's about building the woman behind the strategy. Because even the best plan can be held back by self-doubt, guilt or waiting to feel ready. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to Caitlin's coaching. Caitlin takes the time to listen, observe and understand what's really going on beneath the surface, helping each woman build strong foundations that last. Because when women lead themselves first, everything else starts to follow.

Rebecca is an Independent Private Health Visitor, Paediatric Nurse, nursery owner and Mindset Mentor. Through Kinder Coaching and her mentoring work, she helps parents and ambitious women build confidence, reduce overwhelm and create calmer, more fulfilling lives through evidence-based, personalised support that is tailored to each individual family and woman - not driven by one-size-fits-all public health agendas, but by what is right for them.

Event Allies provide Mental Health First Aid and emotional wellbeing support throughout EMpowered Live - making sure every woman in the room feels supported, included and looked after across the full day.
