The broken pieces don't hold you back. They make you
EMpowered Live 2027 includes a glass walk and arrow break - open to every woman in the room. In aid of Resolute Women's Support Services.
What is the glass walk & arrow break?
At the end of the conference day, the main conference room transforms. Chairs back, music up, every woman in the room in a circle.
You have two choices. Walk barefoot across a bed of broken glass. Or place an arrow against your throat and walk forward until it snaps. Or both.
Before you begin, you'll receive a full group briefing from the professional team on site. You'll understand exactly what to do, how to do it and why it works. And then you'll choose - not because someone told you to, but because you decided that today is the day you stop standing on the edge of the things that scare you.
The arrow represents every fear, every limiting belief, every voice that ever told you that you couldn't. The glass represents every broken, shattered piece of yourself you've ever carried. You walk across it - barefoot, grounded, present - and you come out the other side whole.
The broken pieces don't hold you back. They make you.
Emily has done both the glass walk and the arrow break herself. She'll be in that circle with you.

Do I have to take part?
No. Both are completely optional. You're welcome to stand in the circle, cheer on the women who do and be part of the energy - witnessing it is an experience in itself. But if you're anything like the women who've done it before, you'll walk.
The £25 registration fee
Your £25 becomes £50 for Resolute
Every woman who participates pays a £25 registration fee. That money goes directly to Resolute Women's Support Services - not through Emily, not through the event. Straight to the charity.
Our charity sponsor then matches every single pound raised, pound for pound. So if 80 women participate, that's £2,000 from participants + £2,000 matched = £4,000 for Resolute Women's Support Services.
Amplify your impact: set up a GoFundMe page before the event and get sponsored for your walk. Share it with friends, family, clients and followers - every pound goes directly to Resolute, and our charity sponsor matches every pound raised through sponsorship too. Details on how to set up your page will be shared with all ticket holders closer to the event.
About Resolute
Resolute Women's Support Services provides specialist support for women affected by domestic abuse - offering refuge, recovery and routes back to independence. Founded by Deborah Jones, Resolute goes beyond emergency support, driving the education and culture change that prevents abuse from happening in the first place. In 2025, Deb's TAG and app initiative was formally recognised in Parliament.
We're also hugely grateful to our charity matching partner, whose commitment to match every pound raised means the impact of this event extends far beyond a single day.
Your moment could change everything
