Hi. I'm Emily
Mum of two. And most importantly - that's the one that matters most.
Award-winning business coach and marketing strategist. Speaker. Founder of EMpowered with Emily, EMpowered Media and The EMpowered Collective. Host of The EMpire Diaries Podcast. And the woman who spent years looking for a room where she truly belonged - and eventually decided to build it herself.
Where I started
I was a teenage mum. I went to business and networking events with my baby in tow - sitting in rooms where I wasn't always sure I was supposed to be there, backing myself anyway.
That experience shaped everything I've built since. The drive. The determination. The refusal to let anyone - including myself - tell me what I wasn't capable of.
I spent years wondering if there was a seat for me. Now I'm the one pulling up chairs. I want every woman who walks through that door to feel exactly what I never did - that she was expected, wanted and completely in the right place.

What I do now
I work with ambitious women who are building businesses - and who want to do it with strategy, clarity and content that actually converts. Through 1:1 coaching, group programmes, content days and events, I help women get visible, get confident and get results. Not fluffy results. Real ones.

Why I created EMpowered Live
Because the events I wanted to attend didn't exist. I wanted a full day. Real speakers with real stories. Structured networking that actually works. A celebration evening that felt like a proper night out. But more than anything - a room where women didn't have to shrink to fit in.
EMpowered Live 2027 is the event I'd have paid to attend when I was that teenage mum in the back of a networking room, wondering if there was space for someone like me. There is. And now I've built the room.
